Executive Chef Parke Ulrich has broadened the steak house experience to include a new level of culinary sophistication while maintaining the classic comfort and elegance of a traditional steak house meal. Chef Ulrich’s menu features modern interpretations of traditional steakhouse favorites, drawing inspiration from different preparations of meat from around the world. The food is deep, soulful and resonant with exciting sparks of contrast.

The unique, award-winning design of EPIC Steak features “epic” panoramic views, a custom-built wood burning grill and oven and a spectacular fireplace, which serve as the restaurant’s focal points.
